We are problem-solvers, priding ourselves on being able to find anything with a part number - including electrical and other non-electronic items.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 9am to 5.30pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received outside these hours are processed the following business day.

Are your products RoHS compliant?

Many obsolete components will not be RoHS compliant, due to their age.

If in doubt, please contact us.

Are your products new and unused?

All products are new and unused unless otherwise stated. Please note this does not necessarily mean newly manufactured.

I require a specific manufacturer's version of a part. Can you help?

We are identifying manufacturers' and other internal part numbers. Please contact us and we'll be only too pleased to help.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All parts come with a 30 day guarantee.


How do I find what I am looking for?

Use the 'Part search' box top right, or the 'Search our Catalogue' box halfway down the home page.
Alternatively, browse our products by category or brand from the home page.

What if the item I want isn't listed - can you help?

We are in no way limited to the stock shown on our website.

We pride ourselves on being able to find anything with a part number and are not limited to electronic components.

How accurate are stock levels on your website?

Very accurate. Sales are recorded in real time and stock quantities updated automatically.


I'm an existing customer. Do I still need to register online?

All first-time website customers need to register. Registration is very simple and should take less than a minute.

I've registered but have not received my account activation email. What should I do?

Contact us and we'll activate your account for you.

I've forgotten my login details. Can you help?

Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the log-in screen or at the bottom of every web page.

Please note our staff do not have access to your password.


Are all items on the Godiac website in stock?

That is our intention however wherever we sell out of a product line a quantity of zero and a delivery time of 7-10 working days will be shown.

You can, of course, purchase higher quantities than we currently hold in stock, bearing in mind that 7-10 working days is the standard delivery time on all back order quantities.

Are prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

Prices on the Godiac website are exclusive of VAT.
VAT registered EU businesses may contact us for a refund of their VAT.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal and Bitcoin.

I urgently need my goods. Can I get a guaranteed delivery tomorrow?

If you're ordering before 4pm UK time and have a mainland UK delivery address, yes you can. All UK orders are sent on a next day service with either DPD Local or Royal Mail (as a general rule, orders received before 1pm will go via DPD).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Occasionally export or other restrictions apply - if so, we will advise you accordingly.

I'm outside the UK. Will you ship my order today?

If you're ordering before 4pm UK time, yes

I'm ordering a higher quantity of a part than you currently have in stock. Will you ship the stock quantity immediately?

If you require a split shipment, please contact us after ordering, quoting your order number. A second shipping charge may apply.

What are your shipment charges?

We offer a flat-rate next day service with DPD Local and free shipping to mainland UK addresses on orders over £150 (net goods). For full details and international rates, please see our Shipping Options page.

Are you able to ship on my courier account?

Yes. Please choose 'Your courier' as your shipping method then contact us with your courier account no. after ordering, quoting your order number.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes. Please tick 'Customer collection from Godiac in the UK' as your shipping option.

Can you supply a Certificate of Conformity with my goods?

Yes. Please contact us after ordering, quoting your order number.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

A VAT invoice will be sent with your goods.


How do I know it is safe to shop online with Godiac?

We take our customer's security online extremely seriously.

All sensitive areas of the Godiac website (e.g. Account, Checkout and all payment pages) are protected by an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate offering industry standard 128-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

In plain English, this means that you can be sure you are dealing with Godiac and that your sensitive information is safe as it is sent to and from our website.

All our customers' card payments are handled by Shopify Payments.

All passwords are encrypted and our staff have no access to your online password. If forgotten, please use the 'Forgot your password?' link. Your password will be reset and you will be emailed a link at the address you registered with.

How do I know my personal information is safe with Godiac?

Godiac respects the privacy of all our customers and we never pass any personal information to any third party.

How can I check the status of my order?

Simply log into your account.

Will I get a tracking number once my order's been shipped?

Upon shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number (tracking numbers are not available on standard post).

Can I change the details of my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help.

I placed an order with you and now I want to order something else. Can I combine the two to save on postage?

If your first order has not yet reached the shipping process, we are always happy to add items or to combine two or more orders for you. Please contact us.
